Studio Policies
What to Expect
Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment where every client can move with confidence and care. Please take a moment to review the following policies, which help us maintain the quality and integrity of the studio.
Attire & Equipment Use
Grip (sticky) socks are required for all classes and sessions.
Clothing must be free of zippers, metal, or sharp hardware that may damage studio upholstery or equipment.
For safety, clients may not approach or use any apparatus until the teacher officially begins class and provides instruction.
Please wipe down and leave all equipment clean and neatly arranged after use.
Health, Safety & Eligibility
A signed waiver is required before participating in any class or private session.
All new clients are highly encouraged to book a private session as their introduction to the studio.
Group classes are designed for the healthy client cleared for movement.
Clients returning after an injury must provide medical or physical therapy clearance prior to resuming sessions.
Clients with medical conditions that significantly affect their ability to exercise vigorously — including joint replacements or major limitations in range of motion — are required to book private sessions to ensure proper attention, safety, and individualized programming.
Recording is not permitted in group classes.
Cancellations
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all classes and private sessions.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
Memberships
Memberships require a minimum of three (3) months’ notice to cancel.
Cancellation will take effect on the first day of the third month following written notice.
