Our sessions are intentionally intimate to ensure the highest level of safety, precise progression, and truly individualized attention. We specialize in working with athletes across a wide range of disciplines—to name a few, golfers, tennis players, baseball players, swimmers and dancers—tailoring our approach to the distinct physical demands of each sport. We offer private sessions designed around your specific goals, utilizing the full suite of authentic apparatus for a deeply personalized experience. Nonetheless, we warmly welcome clients of all ages and levels. Whether you’re building resilience, rehabilitating, or refining performance, we guide every body with expert care, precision, and purpose.

New Clients

New clients are highly encouraged to book at least 3 private sessions that will familiarize you with the entire studio. You will learn the mat/reformer classical order/exercises appropriate for your level and the session will tailor the ending to your specific needs using the specialized apparatus (Cadillac, chairs, barrel etc).

Group classes are also available and are designed for clients with anatomically intact bodies and no conditions requiring modification. Clients with health concerns such as joint replacements, osteoporosis, pregnancy, herniated discs, back injuries/surgery or other orthopedic/medical considerations will be directed to private sessions for individualized guidance and safety.
