Our Approach

Our sessions are intentionally intimate to ensure the highest level of safety, precise progression, and truly individualized attention.

We specialize in training athletes across sports—golf, tennis, baseball, swimming, dance—and tailor Classical Pilates to each. Focusing on alignment, powerhouse strength, and sport-specific mechanics, we prevent injury, rehab, and boost efficiency and power. Using authentic top of the line Gratz apparatus and evidence-based progressions with clear cues, athletes gain control, balance, and functional strength.

New Client Special

New Clients

New clients are required to book at least 3 private sessions prior to joining group classes.

Clients with health concerns such as joint replacements, osteoporosis, pregnancy, herniated discs, back injuries/surgery or other orthopedic/medical considerations will be re-directed to private sessions for individualized guidance and safety.
